Restoration of 18th. Century Ivory Tower
A Rare Imperial Tribute Intricately Carved Ivory Dragon /Pagoda Temple Tower, Qing Dynasty, Qianlong Period (1735–1796) The top section of the tower represents the five Dynasty's Imperial Palaces.- The tower's Imperial Palaces section rests over an octagonal base which is surrounded by 8 Intricately Carved raised panels with the five clawed dragon. The tower is accented by pair of dragon handles.- The 3 heavy legs depict the 3 Emperors that reigned during the Quing Dynasty.
